1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DealZen CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including enterprise clients, super admins, admins, and end-users accessing the platform.

2. Service Description

DealZen is an enterprise-grade Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and promotions tracking platform designed specifically for real estate developers, builders, and large brokerages. The Service provides tools for inventory management, lead routing, campaign tracking, and workflow automation.

We are a technology provider and do not engage in real estate brokerage, sales, or advisory services. The information processed through our platform remains the sole property and responsibility of our enterprise clients.

3. User Accounts and Security

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (super admin, admin, or user) and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notification: You must immediately notify DealZen of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • Role-Based Access: Enterprise clients are responsible for correctly assigning and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) permissions within their organization to ensure data governance.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

As an enterprise client, you retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you submit to the Service (e.g., leads, property inventory, customer details). DealZen claims no ownership over your data. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and strict SOC 2 compliance standards.

5. Enterprise Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

For clients on Enterprise and Custom Scale plans, specific uptime guarantees, support response times, and system performance metrics are governed by the individual SLA signed during onboarding. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed Enterprise SLA, the SLA shall take precedence.

6. Modifications to Service

DealZen reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We will endeavor to provide enterprise clients with advance notice of significant changes that may impact critical operations.
