The DealZen platform, including its software architecture, user interface, design elements, algorithms, and documentation, is the exclusive property of DealZen Technologies Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

DealZen provides CRM and operational software for the real estate industry. We do not act as real estate brokers, agents, or financial advisors. All property listings, pricing data, customer communications, and transaction details processed through our platform are the sole responsibility of the enterprise client utilizing the software.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealZen Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

4. Compliance

Our platform is designed to assist enterprise clients in maintaining data security and compliance (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR principles where applicable). However, clients are independently responsible for ensuring their use of DealZen complies with all local, national, and international laws, including real estate regulations and data protection requirements specific to their jurisdiction.

5. Governing Law

These legal terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of DealZen shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
